Time sure has a way of going by much too fast! We have gone through a lot at The Residence at Salem Woods over the first part of 2020. Not sure about each of you, but I am glad to be moving on to the second half of the year. I am sure we are all hoping the later months are better than the first half. We celebrated and thanked our Licensed Nurses in May and our Licensed Nursing Medication Assistants and Licensed Nursing Assistants in June. We are looking forward to more celebrations as the rest of this yearmoves along! This month we celebrate the 4th of July – The day we celebrate America – Independence Day, which commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. Independence Day is the most important secular holiday held in the United States. Americans take this day to celebrate all that is American, remembering the great sacrifices of our forefathers as they fought and won our independence from Great Britain. Hoping everyone has a fun-filled summer. There are Engagement events planned for the summer, as we get back to some sort of normalcy here at Salem Woods. Be sure to be on the lookout in your weekly happenings and take a look at your monthly calendar!
