WE ALSO STAND AS WITNESSES… In Saint Luke’s gospel for the Third Sunday of Easter, Jesus appears to the disciples yet again to bring them hope and reassurance. He even eats a piece of baked fish in front of them to prove that He is not a ghost. After Jesus did this, He proceeded to open the minds of the disciples to the true meaning of Sacred Scripture. As the Lord concluded, He said to these men: “You are witnesses of these things.” The disciples witnessed the passion, death, and resurrection of the Lord. They continued to be astounded at what the Lord was doing. By our lives of faith, we too stand as witnesses to these things. May our amazement also know no bounds!

St. Gabriel Quilting Another weekend mess is one its way, but a little earlier this weekend, so I think we can meet to tie quilts this Monday morning, April 16 at 9:00 AM in St. Gabriel School. I will let you know if the weather looks to bad for us to be out. My plan is to complete quilts for our graduating Seniors and then we will see what else we can accomplish. discussing the signs and symbols of associated

of Prayers”

form of prayer’ is best suited for your personality, I

have an enlightening survey you could take. Are

you a mystic? A sage? A prophet? A lover?

Hmmmmm …. It might be fun to find out ~ Ask a

TWO HOST HOMES for our Totus Tuus Team (The

team consists of four college-aged students/

two boys & two girls)

EVENING MEALS

Serving the Team in your home - Nights that we

need ‘supper homes’ include: Sunday, Monday,

Tuesday & Thursday nights (Wednesday night will

be the parish the potluck).

PLACE TO HOST THE THURSDAY NIGHT FINAL

HIGH SCHOOL SESSION - Do you have a cool

firepit? A renovated barn? Swimming pool (Ha ha

… just kidding on that one!) -- Seriously though - A

good hangout spot for high schoolers!

HIGH SCHOOL & JUNIOR HIGH VOLUNTEERS to

help during the daytime elementary program.

Especially if we have a pre-school program!

SNACKS - Each day the kids will have snack time.

Looking for treats for the kiddos during the day!
