According to Cambridge Dictionary:

TRAINING is the process of learning the skills needed for a job or activity.

EDUCATION is the study of methods and theories of teaching, and the process by which

we impart useful knowledge.

Therefore,

A TEACHER TRAINER helps teachers learn the specific technical skills which they need to

teach.

A TEACHER EDUCATOR helps teachers understand what they do in the classroom,

helping them to critically choose what course of action to take.

TEACHER TRAINING comprises technical skills.

TEACHER EDUCATION comprises technical skills, knowledge about teaching and

language, and adequacy of attitudes and behavior.
