Woodberry Down School, London N4 Project completed in school holidays, involving the demolition of buildings and modular structures along with securing the site on completion. The site was in very close proximity to the remaining school buildings so forward planning and communication with the local and school authorities was a priority.

William Patten School, Extension of the school playground requiring total demolition of former factory building, boundary wall and rain shelter within the school grounds, removal of foundations, back fill and reinstatement of tarmac. Contract accepted at short notice with tight timescale.

Hyde Park Garden Mews, London W2 Total demolition of three storey mews property and installation of support shored to adjoining properties to prevent movement whilst the ground level was reduced by 4m to accommodate a basement for the new construction.

115 Pound Lane, Willesden Demolition of 74 bedroom hostel accommodated in three buildings. Contract included asbestos removal, foundation removal and site clearance.

Flanders Way Depot, E9 Demolition and clearance of a two storey former factory building and several single storey out-buildings and form new car park for mini buses, erecting a new 3m high steel fence and automatic entry barrier.

GENERAL BUILDING WORK AND MAINTENANCE INCLUDING DDA COMPLIANCE

All emergency and planned maintenance works undertaken including roof repairs, guttering, drains, brickwork and pointing, windows, electrical, plumbing, boarding up and all works relating to DDA compliance.

SAM AND ANNIE COHEN CENTRE. Alterations for DDA compliance including refit of disabled shower room and toilets, flooring, access ramps and redecoration of complete building internally.

205 MORNING LANE, LONDON E9. Alterations for DDA compliance including conversion of existing toilet into a disabled shower room, new disabled toilets, new non slip paving to entrance ramp, new nosings to stairs and upgrade of fire doors.

HackneyTown Hall, E8 (listed)��Systematic removal of the water damaged Assembly Rooms canopy, liaison with the conservation architects and English Heritage and reconstruction of the canopy within strict guidelines.

Chiswick High Road, W4 Strip out tenants fixtures and fittings and refurbish two floors of office space including lighting, suspended ceilings, redecoration and new carpet.

Euston Road, NW1 Various projects including repairs to slate roof, removal and recovering of flat roof to occupied office space, strip out of previous tenants partitions and redecoration, stone cleaning of an internal light well. Access was limited and prior to commencement, structural engineers load calculations were completed to investigate support for scaffolding.

Horn Park School Refurbishment of toilets, wash basins, vanity units and cubicles.

Wingfield School Strip out and refurbishment of toilets including new toilet cubicles, Altro wall and floor coverings along with bespoke decorative designs.

The Hare, Bethnal Green, E1 Strip out existing bar and floor and rebuild new bespoke bar on site complete with back bar, new electrics, plumbing, flooring, carpet, French polishing of all new joinery.

Various contracts for hard and soft landscaping have been completed, including block paving and decking.

Haggerston, Park, Cassland Crescent E8, Contract to lay New York stone edging to footpath, new high kerb to flower borders, cut and shape new flower beds and introduce a timed irrigation system. Clean and repair brickwork, repaint fencing.

Ferncliffe Centre, Removal and replacement of existing fencing.

Whipps Cross Hospital, E11 Formation of disabled bays and footpath, installation of drainage and new tarmac surface.

CIVILS AND GROUNDWORK

Whipps Cross Hospital, E11 Staff and patient parking has been a major problem for the hospital. Project to convert previously landscaped areas into temporary parking facilities..

Bocking St. Depot, London E8 Groundworks for the erection of a modular building, crane lift new building into position, new single layer felt roof, fit out, decoration, electrical installation, Insatllation of new kitchen and toilets.

Rose Lipman Library, London Contract to remove and rebuild existing steps to comply with local authority building regulations Uplift and relay paving to access ramp and fit new DDA compliant handrails.
