MD16The MD16 is the second largest weigher in the Volmpack lineup. It can fill up to four baggers at once and can be purchased with dosing buckets to increase speeds even further. The MD16 also offers a packing range from 1 to 50 pounds at rates up to 65 bags per minute and 80 bags per minute with dosing buckets. Auto-BalerThe Auto-Baler packs consumer bags into paper, poly, and mesh master bags. It counts packages entering into each master bag, and once finished, it closes with glue or a sewing head. A vertical lift provides gentle handling by catching bags and reducing drops as they enter into master bags.

The Auto-Baler is capable of packing up to 20 pound consumer bags and can pack at rates up to nine bales per minute. An overhead bypass can be purchased to bypass the baling process, which allows operators to send bags to bins or a packing table.

RSB-M BalerThe RSB-M Baler packs consumer bags into mesh master bags made from our rollstock Raschel Mesh. It counts packages entering each master bag, and uses a vertical lift to catch the bags and gently reduce drops as they enter into master bags. Once a master bag is finished, it is sealed and separated into its own bag.

The RSB-M Baler is capable of packing two to five pound consumer bags into bales, and can pack at rates up to 12 bales per minute. These features make it a worthwhile addition to mesh baling lines.

Case Filling SystemThe Case Filling System is designed to pack many produce types into bulk cases. It provides a reliable, automatic option for bulk filling cases, crates, and Recyclable Plastic Containers (RPCs) with produce. Cases are filled using a case lifter which glides on an air-cylinder-controlled track. Cases are then raised up to the feed spout to gently fill with product. The standard Case Filling System is designed for use on cases without lids. An optional top-mounted feed spout allows for use on both standard and RPC cases with lids. Carousel CBS-6The Carousel (CBS-6) is the most versatile bagging system that Volm offers. A large number of products and package types can be used with this bagger. This makes the Carousel a useful bagger in many small and medium packing facilities.

As the CBS-6 rotates, bags are manually hung from its 6 jaws. The jaws are triggered automatically when bags are hung. After bags are filled, the Carousel continues to rotate until they are automatically released. Bags can then be closed manually or automatically.

ClipperThe Clipper automatically bags products in tube netting. It closes the netting with metal clips, and is equipped with an automatic tube exchange to keep the machine running while the tube netting is refilled.

At the heart of the Clipper is the clipping head. The head pivots to enable easy access for changing wire and labels, or doing diagnostic work. The integrated labeler works with both wine glass and strip labels. Changing from one to the next is quick and easy.

Rollstock Poly BaggerThe Rollstock Poly Bagger (RSB-P) is an automatic bagging machine developed for premade rolls of poly bags. The RSB-P can be equipped with a cutting knife or vertical sealer.

The WB makes a great addition to any facility interested in packing multiple consumer bags and changing the bag styles multiple times throughout the day. It is made specifically for packing into premade, wicketed bags. The WB 2 SF is equipped with a special infeed belt and brush that lower when bags are filled, for gentle product handling.

AutoPackThe AutoPack is the ultimate solution for automating bulk bag packing. Together, the Semi-Automatic Bagger (SAB) and Manter Bag Placer (MBP) combine into the AutoPack and can package from 25 to 100 pounds.

Combining the MBP High Speed (HS) and SAB HS allow the AutoPack to reach speeds up to 19 bags per minute for 50 pound bags. This makes the AutoPack an efficient machine for most bulk bagging applications.
