The purpose of the meeting was to provide DTE an opportunity to present information related to the structure interaction (SSI) analysis for Fermi 3. This meeting summary, the meeting agenda, and attendance roster are available through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) as a package at Accession Number ML112020420. The meeting slides are available as ADAMS Accession Nos. ML112020426 and ML112020435. The meeting began with opening remarks from staff in the Office of New Reactors, followed by a brief introduction of all parties. DTE staff led the discussion and presented background information on the DTE SSI analysis. DTE staff presented information on the changes to the combined license application related to design control document, Rev. 9 soil properties. The staff queried DTE about use of backfill materials, minimum shear wave velocity and the SASSI2000 analysis.
