I used 200gsm matte photo card stock for both of the sheets for the card. For the background I suggest plain paper or use co-ordinating cardstock of your own ( I used gold). The finished card fits in a 5” x 7” envelope. 2. Rough cut the pieces out and then glue the card front and back to your backing paper. 3. I find I get best results for the fringe but cutting along the bottom edges first. 4. Then I make the vertical cuts in narrow V shapes to remove the white spaces.

1. Print all of the sheets. I used 200gsm matte photo card

5. I cut along the smooth lines under the handle with a

paper knife. Then I cut along the top of the purse with scissors, inserted from behind the handle.

6. Score the line on the BACK of the bag only.

7. Attach the purse from and back above the score line ONLY.

8. Add your message plaque(s) inside.

If there are any light edges showing on your handle, I suggest running a dark ink pad or felt pen along the light edge. The card will stand alone. The design lends itself to the addition of rhinestones and glitter from your stash.

9. Add the decoupage layers to the front with foam tape.
