PRINTED GLASS QUALITYOur pr inted g lass is handmade and wi l l inc lude imper fect ions, var iat ions in color and sl ight irregularit ies. Most of our glass is hand-blown and wil l have small bubbles and sur face var iat ion mak-ing each piece unique. These qual i t ies are inherent to our design process and should be appreciated.

PRODUCT CLAIMSMis-shipped orders or defect ive goods must be referred to our Customer Ser v ice Depar tment within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Returns wi l l not be accepted without pr ior author izat ion f rom our Customer Ser v ice Depar tment.
