OverviewFacility Resource Group was founded to provide comprehensive facility
management executed with an energy focus. Federal Contracts and
Non Profit Agencies are our primary client base which allows us to
provide the technical expertise while providing the administrative
requirements associated with contract work.

Facility ManagementThere is no such thing as one-size fits-all when it comes to facility needs. Each business or agency has needs which are unique . With this in mind we have established a tiered approach to allow a custom fit. With expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Energy Efficiencies and Purchases, Janitorial, Transportation, Procurement, Grounds, and Snow Removal, the following programs have been developed:
On Call: For facilities that require occasional attention by a trained technician for repairs or improvements but handle preventive maintenance internally.
On Schedule: Regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and the expertise of technicians available for repairs and improvements.
Oversight: Regularly scheduled preventive maintenance with our staff overseeing bid process and execution of subcontractors associated with mainstream functions.
Full Function: Facility Resource Group (FRG) is responsible for all scheduled facility activities. This in many cases involves FRG hiring existing client staff and incorporating them into the FRG team. This turnkey solution is designed to allow our staff to function as part of your team providing seamless world class service for everything from major repairs to emergency lockout assistance. You are free to focus on your core business.

Energy
Our energy service is a closed loop program that begins with
understanding the opportunities associated with a structure followed by
completing the scope of work and finishing with an expense reducing
energy agreement.
Opportunities: Our BPI* Certified Building Analyst’s perform a full review
including an Energy Audit. From this, a report is generated showing the
actionable items to reduce energy costs, complete with return on
investment.
Scope of Work: With most structures, Weatherization, Insulation, and Air
Sealing present the greatest avenues for savings. The good news is
they also represent the shortest timetable for return on investment.
Energy Agreement: As part of the Energy Program we include our clients
in a bundled energy purchase that is negotiated with the utility suppliers
by leveraging the shear size of this portfolio
*Building Performance Institute- Is the industry gold standard of training for Building Analyst Certification. The Analyst is trained to expert analysis on Occupant Safety, Structural Condition, and Energy Audit.

Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing
As our partner Sunline Systems brings 20 years of experience in both
commercial and residential mechanical systems. With the expertise to
design and troubleshoot complex systems and issues and staffed with
technicians trained to perform both preventive maintenance and repairs.
Few firms can claim the broad range of expertise that daily manages
some of the largest commercial clients in the Washington area while
providing personal service to the residential customer.

Administrative
Our staff MBA’s are experts in contract procurement and execution. With
a unique niche’ that places our staff in the relationship management role
for our clients with government agencies. We manage the day to day
relationships with agencies such as Housing and Urban Development to
be sure compliance requirements are met. Further, these individuals
perform Grant Writing in an effort to gain funding for client programs.

From executing a Landscape design to regularly scheduled mowing and
trimming we make sure the first impression you present is always a cut
above. We include lawn and shrub treatments seasonally to keep lawns
and plants healthy. A unique aspect of this program is our recommended
use of all natural environmentally friendly products. In addition, as the

In the administrative process we are continuously looking for grant opportunities to upgrade your program.
