Try this popular, traditional Indian-style fruit pudding for a cooling finish to any spicy meal.

Ingredients8 to 10 sa�ron threads1/4 cup hot water4 cups diced mango1 cup farmer cheese1 cup Greek yogurt1/4 cup honey1/2 teaspoon cardamom1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 cup toasted almonds or pine nuts

Instructions1) Gently place sa�ron threads in the hot water and let steep for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours). Place the sa�ron and water, mango, cheese, yogurt, honey and spices in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour before serving topped with the toasted nuts.
