Typical Fresh Prince title, 2D and bright popping colours which set the tone for the show. Typical 90’s graffiti look. Very Cool. The graffiti look is also supported by the graffiti in the background.

In the above, Will’s mum is angry, breaking the 4th wall and yelling at the audience. Classic 90’s close up with a fish eye lens? Adds an even more 90’s look and feel to the whole sequence.

The credits, once again, feature a similar font to the one used in the main title to further add to the atmosphere of the show and mirror the way Will Smith dresses. The credits are also displayed via a wipe; commonly un used in editing as it is less professional, which is perfect for the show as it is not too adult in it’s content or themes.

The license plate not only gives part of the name of the show, further etching it into the audiences brain, yet it also sets the genre of the show (comedy) as license plates aren’t usually so comical.
