Procedure:• Cook chicken thoroughly (flame grilled is best), diced ½ inch

and set aside• In a 2 gallon stock pot add: butter, onion, celery and bacon,

simmer over medium heat for a few minutes until onions begin to caramelize.

• Sprinkle in flour, stir for a couple minutes to form a thin roux, add all remaining ingredients starting with heavy cream.

• Bring to a low boil, turn heat down to a slow simmer, stir frequently for about 45 minutes

WHaT IS IT? This is a true all natural cold brewed coffee. We start by putting dark-roasted 100% Arabica coffee beans ground to a specific size into large filter bags. Those are then soaked for 36+ hours in cold clean water. The kettles provide gentle agitation periodically throughout the steeping process to ensure we extract the sweetest and fruitiest notes from the coffee. The finished product is then hot-packed in jugs with a safety seal. The result is a 12-month shelf stable coffee that can be used for Iced Coffee, Iced Espresso, Blended Coffee drinks, and variety of coffee based cocktails.

WHaT IS IT NOT? This is not a concentrate. This does not require freezing or refrigeration prior to opening. Not made with anything artificial.

» Espresso Martini Combine vodka, Caruso’s cold brewed coffee, Godiva cream liqueur. Shake or stir over ice then pour neat or on the rocks. Garnish with a little dark chocolate sauce.

» Iced Coffee Combine product 50/50 with cold clean water. Pour over ice and serve. Sweeten to taste. For stronger coffee flavor, use less water.

» Iced Coffee with Milk Combine product 80% coffee with 10% milk. Pour over ice and serve.

» Iced Mocha Combine product with chocolate sauce or syrup. Stir as needed. Combine with milk, pour over ice and serve.

» Blended Coffee Drink Combine Frappe powder or liquid mix with product, ice and milk. Blend to a smooth consistency, pour and serve.
