WV is not a travel agency. WV is a direct-selling company that has independent representatives who sells club memberships. The membership allows members to purchase travel related products such as luggage, and grants access to member only rates with supplier partners. Rovia is a registered travel agent in Taiwan and is the promoter, creator, and seller of travel products for members. 2. How does a person sign up to be a WorldVentures Rep in Taiwan? Taiwan is a unique market as their government has very strict rules. It is IMPORTANT to follow the steps below: 1. Enter application and payments through your sponsor’s .biz website. 2. Print Representative Agreement Form (RAF), Taiwan version, as prompted in step 1. 3. Fill out ALL fields of the RAF. 4. Write your Rep ID# on the upper right-hand corner of each page. 5. Sign Rep Agreement Form. 6. If you sign up as a Taiwan individual, attach/staple a copy of the official Taiwan ID (front and back). 7. If you sign up as a foreigner, attach/staple a copy of ROC Taiwan Resident Certificate (front and back). 8. If you sign up as a business entity, attach/staple a copy of each partner’s official Taiwan IDs, and a copy of your business license. 9. 7. Will WorldVentures Reps in Taiwan receive Government Uniform Invoice (GUI) receipts for all

purchases? Yes, GUI receipts will be issued for all WorldVentures and Rovia purchases. 8. What currency are WorldVentures prices in? All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). All items are charged in USD. Pricing will use a fixed rate, but the amount a Rep’s credit card is charged will depend on the rate used by their card issuer on the day of the transaction, over which WV has no control. The NTD to USD conversion rate listed in our communication is 32. For example, $1USD = $32NTD. 9. Why is the Gold & Platinum Membership more expensive in Taiwan than in other

countries where WorldVentures operates? Pricing for WV products and services varies by country and is subject to local laws and costs. This explains the difference with other markets. 10. What are the specific rules of doing business in Taiwan? The main rule for doing business in Taiwan, is that Reps may NEVER refer to travel, DreamTrips, or travel benefits, unless they meet all criteria below:

• The rank of RMD and above • Complete travel agent training provided by Rovia • Obtain certification • Be listed as a registered travel provider with Rovia

However, Representatives may share testimonials of their personal travel experience. 11. If I want to build my team in Taiwan, can I use my own marketing materials? Only approved marketing materials can be used. Anyone who wants to build their team in Taiwan must understand the distinct business model and business rules that have been approved for this market. The model implemented in Taiwan is vastly different from that in all other markets. 12. Does WorldVentures sell luggage in Taiwan? Is this a mandatory purchase? Are there commissions associated with the sale of the luggage? How much does it cost? WV does sell luggage in Taiwan. It is not mandatory purchase. There is a USD $20 commission to the enroller, ONLY if registered in Taiwan. Currently the cost of the luggage is NTD $2465 + VAT NTD $123 for a total of NTD $2588. Only NTD cash is accepted at the WV Taiwan office located at 8F-l #125 Section 2, Keelung Rd., Xinyi District Taipei City 110. A maximum of 5 luggage per transaction is allowed.

13. What is the return policy of the luggage? You may return the luggage within 30 days, providing it is unused, unopened, and still in its original package or if it is defective, by following the steps below:

1. Go to your Back Office, download and print the cancellation form. 2. Complete all the information. 3. Sign the form. 4. Attach/staple the original GUI receipt 5. Mail or bring in the luggage and documents to the WV Taiwan office at 8F #125 Section 2,

Keelung Rd., Xinyi District Taipei City 110. If you choose to mail the luggage, you are responsible for the shipping fee.

6. If returned in its original state and package, you will get a refund within 20 business days. If returned because it is defective, WV will mail you a new luggage.

14. Is the Compensation Plan for WorldVentures Representatives the same in Taiwan as other

operating countries? No. Many of the concepts in the compensation plan for our Taiwan business will be similar, but there are some differences based upon local laws and requirements. Please check the country-specific Detailed Compensation Plan available in your Back Office for full details. 15. Are Taiwan bonuses the same as other WorldVentures markets? Bonuses are the same, but the following are named differently:

• Direct Commission changed to Direct Sponsor Bonus • Weekly Team Bonus changed to Weekly Organization Sales Bonus • Monthly Residual Commissions changed to Leader Bonus • Director Bonus changed to Counseling Promotion Bonus • DreamCar Bonus changed to Car Welfare Bonus • DreamHouse Bonus changed to House Welfare Bonus

16. How does the Rewards Program work in Taiwan? Effective July 1, a Rewards Program is available in Taiwan for Gold and Platinum members. Members earn Rewards Points upon enrollment and after each monthly membership payment. Members receive one point per USD they spend on subscription membership fees. They may use their Rewards Points on our preferred partner websites. 17. Is the Get 4, Pay No More bonus available in Taiwan? In Taiwan, when you “get 4,” instead of your membership fees getting waived, you earn a monthly bonus equivalent to the cost of your monthly fee, only if you are also a member. 18. Is the Wings & Wheels bonus program available in Taiwan? Effective July 1, the Wings & Wheels bonus program will be available for Representatives in Taiwan. Details on this bonus can be found in the Taiwan Detailed Compensation Plan. 19. Is there a percentage cap on commissions you can pay out in Taiwan? Yes. In Taiwan the maximum amount of commission payout is capped to 56%. If the payout exceed the limit, WV will apply the 56% Payout Cap.

20. Is there withholding tax in Taiwan if a Rep is registered to do business in the country? Yes. WV Taiwan remits up to 12% of a Rep’s earnings to the Taiwan government. All Reps registered in Taiwan and doing business in Taiwan are subject to Taiwan’s taxation laws. 21. How to terminate your Rep Agreement in Taiwan? As per Taiwan government, the following steps must be completed:

1. Go to your Back Office, download and print the termination form. 2. Complete all the information. 3. Sign the form. 4. Attach/staple the original GUI receipt. 5. Mail or bring in Mail or bring in the documents to the WV Taiwan office at 8F #125 Section 2,
