CG.TEC, part of Dedienne Multiplasturgy Group, manufactures technical parts out of precision microinjection-molding. Depending on the material and shapes, tolerances can reach a few 1/100mm.

Molds are designed with the help of Moldflow simulations. They are manufactured on site. High precision machines minimize dispersion between the mold cavities.

Parts are injected on highly automated machines, which may integrate camera inspection, additional operations like laser-marking, packaging – in clean-room conditions if needed. The product portfolio includes disposables, components for micro-motors, valves, cars out of PEEK, PPS, LCP, PBT…

Initial sample submission and production are carried out according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or ISO IATF 16949 standards. The inspection lab is equipped with CMM and OGP.
