PLACING ORDERS

DAMAGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of merchandise that is received damaged.

Claims for damage during shipping must be filed with the shipping company (eg UPS, FEDEX,

Freight Carrier etc) and noted on the receiving bill by the driver/carrier at the time of delivery.

Keep a copy of the receiving bill. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of

merchandise. Photographs of damaged products are required for all damage claims to FRS or

the shipping company.

2. Requests for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for products damaged (not during

shipping) or incorrect products must be made within 30 days of receiving products. Please call

and request an RGA prior to any return. Unauthorized returns without an RGA clearly visible on

outer packaging will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. Returns must be

shipped UPS or FEDEX Ground. Freight returns can only be used with manufacturer's

permission.

3. Other than Manufacturer Warranty claims or merchandise not ordered, a 20% restocking fee

will be charged for all returned products. No credit or replacements will be issued or made if

merchandise is shipped after 2 weeks from date of RGA or if returned products are received

damaged. As far as possible, all returns should be shipped in original packaging with sufficient

packaging to prevent damages during return shipment.

4. Custom Ordered Racks are non-returnable.
