The City of Turku rents out four beautiful camping areas and the cabins on them for a fair price.

The camping areas include Vienola in Rymättylä, Tippsund in Taivassalo and Ahtela in Sauvo, as well as the Nukkumajoki cabin in Inari. These facilities

can be rented by youth organisations, associations and private persons. All camping areas are located

in exceptionally beautiful locations, in the heart of nature and near water.

The Turku Main Library is a new era library that cares for the needs of students and other citizens every day. The library provides everything for both study and recreation: study books, fiction, databases on various fields, wireless Internet connection and ample, well-lit spaces for study.

Open (self-service) libraries provide longer opening hours.

You can look for and reserve material within librariesin several municipalities at one single address vaskikirjastot.fi. We also have a continuously expanding collection of e-books which can be borrowed via the web library.

The world opens up for the student through hundreds of domestic and foreign newspapers in both paper and digital format. Through PressDisplay you can read newspapers even at home with the help of your library user ID and pin code.

Through the combined library and culture card you can get information on cultural events in Turku, for example theatre and concert tickets at reduced prices.

The City of Turku rents out four beautiful camping areas and the cabins on them for a fair price.

The camping areas include Vienola in Rymättylä, Tippsund in Taivassalo and Ahtela in Sauvo, as well as the Nukkumajoki cabin in Inari. These facilities

can be rented by youth organisations, associations and private persons. All camping areas are located

in exceptionally beautiful locations, in the heart of nature and near water.
