I.T. Support Technician

Newsquest (Wales & Gloucestershire Ltd) is one of the UKs largest regional publishers

We are currently seeking an I.T. Support Technician to join our busy I.T. department,

based in Newport. The department provides support to a large number of users,

predominantly at our office in Newport but also to users across the UK.

You need to be a customer-focused, reliable team player who is able to quickly learnnew skills in our ever-changing environment.

Supporting different aspects of the publishing cycle, you will need to be adaptive and

flexible in your approach. This role will involve shift patterns over 7 days.

Suitable candidates will ideally have experience in the following areas;

• Supporting PC desktop machines

• Application support including Microsoft, Adobe products

• Local and Wide Area Networking
