BRANDING

All Freedomes structures have architectural projects, which consists

primarily of static calculations. Static calculations allow the proper selection

of materials so that all our structures are safe and manufactured according

to the building laws. Architectural projects define acceptable weight loads

for each structure.

FFreedome structures are assembled from top, down to the bottom.

Particular struts are joined with one screw into 5- and 6-armed knots. The

perfected system of joining the elements allows quick and efficient

assembly.

Freedome structures are based on the idea of geodesic dome with

extremely high strength in relation to construction load, which enables

production of light and durable self-supporting structures without pillars,

columns or crosswalls.

StructuralStructural steel elements are made according to DIN 1615;1984

standards, secured by anti-corrosion coating, hot dip galvanized (also

from the inside), so that steel construction is not susceptible to

unfavorable weather conditions and provides a much longer lifespan. All

elements of the steel structures are powder coated white. It is also

possible to select a different color from the RAL palette.

In our standard offer there are two types of mebranes available:

AnAn opaque, black-out, not translucent 3-layered type of fabric.

With the application of nontransparent front material it allows to create

a complete darkness inside the dome, even during the day.

Additionally due to 3-layered membrane structure, the opaque cover

has higher thermal insulation properties and prevents the structure

from overheating during sunny days.

TTranslucent membrane, suggested to use if darkness effect is not

desired. Perfect solution for projections and creative lighting effects to

be visible from the outside of the tent.

We also apply specially designed membranes to be used in extreme

weather conditions so that Freedomes structures maintain their

original features, even after long term exposure to unfavourable

weather conditions.

Membranes used to cover Freedomes structures are manufactured from

highest quality materials from renowned German and Belgian producers.

All membranes are certified and their quality and performance are in line

with European standards. All fabrics have certifications to fire-retardancy

(such as M2 and B2). The membranes are highly durable, made of

polyester fabric, which are easy to keep clean and resistant to scratches.

Membranes can be all white or in any desired RAL color.

AAvailable standard membrane covers options:

A cover with transparent front section, which creates a preview of

domes interior and a perspective for those who are inside the dome.

It is visually attractive solution encouraging to enter the spherical area. In

addition the transparent front provides the natural sunlight inside the

dome.

AA cover with full front, without transparent elements, which enables

darkening of dome’s interior and creating desired atmosphere with the

use of lights. Even in rental offer the front section of a dome may be

covered with full-colour, high resolution branding and by this means

becomes a unique marketing tool that cannot be missed.

MembranesWIDE RANGE OF OPTIONS

Premium Floor

An innovative Premium flooring system is characterised by exceptional

durability and quick assembly.

PPremium Floor is based on a steel frame that maps the shape of the

perimeter of the tent and is fixed with the structure of the dome. The floor

itself serves as ballast and reduces to minimum the amount of additional

weight required to keep the structure down.

EntiEntire construction is protected against corrosion by zinc coating. Floor

surface is made of waterproof plywood with anti-slippery layer in brown

or gray colour. Plywood is produced using materials that meet European

standards for fire-retardancy.

The system enables mounting of the dome structure to the ground with

steel pegs or with ballast weights located beneath the surface of the

floor, which excludes the use of unaesthetic loads outside the dome.

DueDue to levelling system, Premium floor may be installed on slope or

rough areas, still maintaining the level of the floor panels.

The structure of our floors allows easy and safe media distribution anywhere

in the structure. Connections are hidden in the channels under the floor,

allowing you to maintain the attractive appearance of the interior of the tent.

Our original flooring system is the only such solution in the world and is

characterized by a short assembly time, high aesthetics and small

dimensions in transport in comparison to other commonly used panel

flooring.

Hexa-FloorHexa-Floor

Hexa-Floor floor is an alternative solution to our premium flooring and is

made of interlocking hexagonal plastic plates with moisture drainage

grooves. This solution is ideal on flat surfaces, where leveling of the structure

is not necessary. Hexa-Floor system is characterized by a short assembly

time and the relatively small dimensions in transportation.

Accessories

BearingBearing in mind our Customers’ high aaesthetic demands, we offer carpets

or wooden floor panels laid on the plywood floor surface. Such solution

enables even more attractive interior finishing.

Each of our structures comes standard with one circular entry, which

perfectly harmonizes with structures geometry, and PVC front door that

can be unzipped to open. Optionally, instead of membrane door, each

dome can be equipped with an aluminum or glass door.

We use doors from renowned producers, with safety glass and equipped

with anti-panic lock. Depending on structure’s size we use single or

double-wing doors.

DoorsDoors are easy to detach, which makes the dome even more accessible

for guests. It’s particularly useful during bright days.

It is possible to equip domes with up to three separate entrances / exits

which may serve as walkways to other structures, catering entrances or

evacuation ways.

In oIn order to provide an easy access for the disabled and also to keep the

floor clean each entrance is equipped with ramp which drains mud and

water.

It is possible to connect two or more structures with walkway tunnels of

any length, covered with transparent or full membrane. Connected

structures create an impressive space and at the same time give the

possibility of creating separate areas of various purposes. Connect

structures of various sizes and create your own eye-catching domesland.

Our spherical structures are equipped with ventilation holes and are

adapted to connect the air conditioning or heating equipment. The

heating and air conditioning equipment tailored appropriately to each

dome’s volume and event type make Freedomes an all-year structure.

Application of insulation system in permanent dome structures makes it

possible to achieve low heat conduction factor and reduce costs of

exploitation of heating or air conditioning equipment.

Telescopic hydraulic jack lift is a device designed for quick and easy

assembly of F30, F50, F75 and F110 tents without using a crane or other

equipment. Hydraulic lift can be put together on site to save space in

transportation and allows rapid installation, where heavy equipment

access can be hindered.

Structural frame of Freedomes tents is extremely stable and robust, allowing

the suspension of A/V equipment in the form of lamps, projectors and

sound systems. At the request of our Customers, we can provide domes

with a full audio and lighting equipment.

TheThe entire equipment may be fixed to circular or straight trusses attached to

structure’s knots, which is an aesthetic and functional solution. Both trusses

and knots may be used to suspend any type of equipment, banners,

projection screens allowing unlimited possibilities of space use.

Our large structures are designed to handle up to additional

1500 kg weight loads.

Light, sound, trusses WIDE RANGE OF OPTIONS

Dome structures covers may be used as unconventional means of

presentation of particular information, company’s branding or colour

scheme matching visual identification of an event.

It is possible to make full-color prints of any size on the PVC membrane of

the tent. All prints are protected against discoloration with UV hardening,

and additionally may be coated with an extra layer of varnish, which raises

the resistance of printing and gives even more saturated colors.

ForFor temporary branding, it is possible to use self-adhesive vinyl foils on

which graphics can be printed and then fixed to the surface of the PVC

membrane. Another available solution is printing on a detachable front

section, which enables large scale branding also in case of domes’ rental.

Permanent Freedomes structures may be equipped with thermal insulation

which reduces the costs of heating or air conditioning of the structure.

Depending on dome’s purpose, polystyrene, polyurethane foam or mineral

wool isolation is applied and finished with PVC boards inside the dome to

achieve aesthetic look.

ItIt’s also possible to implement completely hermetic cooling chamber

incorporated to Freedomes structure, which e.g. enables operation of a

whole-year ice-bar.

Unique racks designed for steel elements allow quick loading and

unloading and at the same time simplify the process of domes assembly

and dismantle. Each rack is equipped with a case protecting structure’s

items from scratching or getting dirty during transportation.
