Concepts
One evening I walked into class and announced, ‘Tonight we’re going to talk about structure,” well aware that I was stirring up a hornet’s nest…I wanted to show structure not as restrictive, pharisaic law, but as a means of freedom.
~ Madeleine L’Engle, A Circle of Quiet, p. 123

Beauty, Skulls, and Culture
This wonderful and wise pendant arrived last week, a gift from my dear friend, Kenna, in celebration of Meadowlark.
I cradled it in my palm, felt the intricate ridges of its braided back against my skin, and was again amazed at the unimagined life of its own that unfolds around Meadowlark.
