then save the entries

Case2: Reserving the materials from receipts without PO:

MB21

THEN save the entries

Goods Issue with reference to Reservation

Case1: Reservation created for existing sctock:

Check and Post the entries

Case2: Goods Issue with ref. To Reservation created for Reciepts from Vendor w/o PO

check and Post the entries

Goods Issue – Unplanned

MB1A or MIGO_GI

Save the entries.

Check:

1. Display Material Document : MB03 or Display option from MIGO_GI

2. display the Accounting documents

3. Ckeck the stock overview: MMBE or From Dsiplay transaction

4. Check the consumption data for the material: MM03 or Display from MIGO_GI

Goods Issue – Allowing Negative stocks: MIGO_GI or MIGO or MB1A

SAVE

B.

Then select Relevant Val Area then click on Plant

Then double click on the Storage location

Then save the entries.

Goods Issue with negative quantities

THEN Post the entries

Goods Issue for Quality Inspection:

MIGO_GI or MB1A

Case1: From Ware house Unrestricted Stock:

Check:

1. Display Material Document

2. Display Accounting Document

3. Check Stock overview

Case2: Issue from QI Stock

Rest of the process is same as above

Case3: Issue from Blocked stock

Case1: From Unrestricted use stock

then save the entries

Check:

1. Display material document

2. Display Accounting Documents

3. Check stock overview

Case2: Issue from QI Stock

Rest of the process is same as above case

Case3: Issue from Blocked stock
