A Spirit-filled Charismatic Parish Father Bill Halbing was ordained in 1982 as priest for the Archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey. He graduated from Seton Hall University and Immaculate Conception Seminary. He earned a BA degree in Spanish, an MA degree in Divinity and is notably among only a few who hold an MA degree in Judaeo-Christian studies, both in Seton Hall University. An active, involved priest, Father Bills ministry includes Parish Missions and has been active in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1975. His knowledge of the scriptures and his preaching has made him a popular Conference Speaker and much sought after Bible Teacher. He has been involved in door to door inner city evangelization and Hispanic Ministry; a member of the Fraternity of Priests; has preached at Youth Conferences in Steubenville (Franciscan University), Ohio; does Days of Recollection and Healing Masses; Tent Revival Meetings; Childrens Bible Conferences; been a Retreat Master; has preached at Charismatic Conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada; traveled to Guyana and Eastern Europe to preach Gods word.
