FraserNet, and Veronica Conway are pleased to have you join us in Action Strategy

Planning for the 2013 National PowerNetworking Conference.

We want to begin by telling you how much we respect you. We know that getting to this

event was a significant commitment on your part and we want to thank you.

We also wanted to create an experience where you take the conference home with

you….What that means is that we want to assist you in designing a plan of action that

will have you integrate and implement what you learned at the conference so that the

conference continues to impact your life for months afterward.

To this end, we have designed a process which includes the capturing of real-time

learning in this notebook, as well as a process for visioning and action planning. We will

also ask you to buddy up with someone to hold you accountable for the action that you

will commit to taking at the conference. We know that goals are dreams with deadlines,

and so we want to encourage you to leave the conference with clearly written goals. We

also know that a goal is 75% more likely to happen, if someone is holding you

accountable to it.

This process begins with you making a decision now to do what it takes to realize your

vision, whatever it is. So commit now to being coachable, holding yourself and your

buddy accountable, to being flexible and giving yourself the freedom to learn, play,

focus, explore and discover.

So let’s experience together your greatest capabilities and the rewards that come from

using them.
