TANGENTIAL VENTILATION All Franke ovens are equipped with digressive cooling ventilation: a powerful fan able creates a forceful movement of air to keep the lateral surfaces and oven door cold.

SWEET COOKING Thanks to the up-to-date functioning of the resistance element + fan is particulary suitable for delicate cooking.

STATIC NATURAL COOKING The ideal functions of all traditional recipes, for cooking bread, cakes, roasts and lamb.

COOKING BY GRILL Use the superside grill and it is ideal for toasting bread and browning meat or fish.

SUPERIOR VENTILATION COOKING It is a function which is particularly indicated for preparing dishes, like lasagne and vegetables.

PYROCLEAN Pyroclean is the new system for automatic cleaning of Franke ovens. The oven is cleaned perfectly, without any effort and the residues deposited at the bottom can be easily removed with a sponge.

DEFROSTING/LEAVENING/RAPID THAWING OUT/HEATING LIQUIDS The unheated air, at room temperature, circulates in the oven noticeably reducing the natural time of defrosting even for the most delicate or bulky dishes.

VENTILATED GRILL The heat is generated by the grill and is distributed by the movement of the fan. Ideal for cooking thick rear meat and chicken.

MASTER COOKING Provides up-to-date functioning of the grill resistance + circular resistance + bottom resistance + fan.

VENTILATED COOKING Hot air which circulates in the oven, reduces the cooking and heating time and is ideal for cooking any dish even simultaneously, up to 3 levels.

ASSISTED COOKING It consents a rapid and uniform cooking, ideal for souffles, cakes or roasts. Useful for cooking also on 2 levels without aromas and tastes mixup.

LOWER COOKING It functions by cooking with heat from below. The intense heat is ideal for rosting, not particulary meat.
