THE COMMANDMENT THAT REFLECTS GEN. POWELL’S SPEECH IS COMMANDMENT VI (6) WHICH STATES “THOU SHALT NOT FLAUNT THINE EGO. BE THOU VULNERABLE, SPEAK OF

THY FAILURE AS WELL AS THY SUCCESS.

Gen. Powell reflected on his troubled childhood in New York City and also told us a story that revealed unknown details about this successful man. He never once brought up the fact that he was a

General or Secretary of State; he was very humble when speaking about his success.
