Founded in 1999, our core focus at Vision Personal Training has been to provide our clients with the most personalised training services while removing the barriers of traditionally intimidating gym environments.

As our Studio’s presence grows throughout Australia and New Zealand, our ethos of building strong, healthy communities and transforming lives for the better remains front and centre in each of the 58 Studios open today.

With the support of 58 franchisees in AUS and NZ the opportunities for networking, growth and development from peers within the network have never been more valuable.

How we do Business

How We Support Your Success

Our custom-built platform is designed to provide you with maximum insight to manage and grow your business rather than simply run it.

Vision Operating SystemHere at Vision, we have built our own world class software system, Vision Operating System (VOS), to allow each Owner to effectively run their business and assist clients to achieve amazing results. From managing clients to guiding staff and processing admin tasks, our custom-built platform is designed to provide you with maximum insight to manage and grow your business with flexibility and freedom, rather than simply run it.

Session Tracker The Vision Session Tracker allows trainers to record and monitor member progress, enabling Clients to track their progress via Vision Virtual Training. It also allows our Franchise Owners to monitor the effectiveness of the services provided by their Trainers and manage the business more easily from afar.

Vision Virtual Training Vision Virtual Training was created by Andrew Simmons Founding Director to give clients training at the studio more support while away from their trainer. It was designed from the success of the Vision Experience program focusing on emotions, education, eating and exercise to help people reach their goals and have an understanding on how to form good habits and lifestyle choices that they will keep forever. Vision Virtual Training has been a fundamental tool in helping clients lose weight, improve their health and transform their life.

Industry Leading Training Systems

As part of the Vision family, you and your team will have access to online and face-to-face training with the industry’s best, from Personal Training for Trainers to Studio Management and Franchise Ownership training.

Initial Training We will provide comprehensive initial training through our Vision Rookie Program at one of our Studios, face to face Studio Management Training at Vision Headquarters and online training via VIP and access to our operations manuals.

Ongoing Training We also provide comprehensive online and face-to-face training via our Vision Level Up Program. The Level Up Program provides extensive training on topics such as, movement, nutrition and group training. The Vision Intranet Platform also allows Owners, Managers and Trainers to keep up to date with their training in their own time

Dedicated Franchisee Support Owners are also supported by the Head Office Team, who strive every day to grow the business and provide assistance and services, consisting of; Operations, Training, Marketing, Finance and Regional Field Managers. To help keep your operation running smoothly and growing with strength, a dedicated Regional Field Manager is assigned to your Studio.

Marketing

As part of Vision Personal Training, owners have direct access to the Marketing team at Vision Head Office. Marketing provides Studios with local area marketing support as well as the roll out of marketing initiatives at both a local and national level. A pre-sales marketing toolkit is also available to Owners with ongoing marketing support during the pre-sales period, consisting of community outreach and tactics, sales boot camp as well as a customised suite of marketing material available.

Bui lding Your Studio

With building and design expertise internally, we can have your Studio expertly fit out and open within 6 months of your agreement.*

Vision Headquarters will assist you in every step of your Studio fit out with territory and demographic information, lease negotiations and Studio fit out coordination.

Franchisee’s also have access to our Studio Design Manual, providing the perfect reference guide to ensure that your Studio opens seamlessly. *Subject to local government approvals.
