Zippy Shell’s unique system is designed to provide customers with a wide range of services. From DIY to full- service residential storage and moves, executive relocation, college student storage and Onsite Container Storage. Zippy Shell’s versatile service can accommodate a variety of needs.

THE ZIPPY SHELL SYSTEM

Central to the Zippy Shell system is the Zippy Shell trailer (the shell), a specifically designed, enclosed cargo trailer able to hold a single room to a four bedroom single family home depending on the customer’s requirements.

The trailer houses our strong, but light-weight steel container. This container can either be stored in your Zippy Shell storage facility or transported nationwide, allowing you to provide a versatile and reliable service.

STORAGE CONTAINER Steel container loaded into the Zippy Shell, with the customer’s belongings, and is unloaded at their preferred location or stored in their local Zippy Shell facility.

STORAGE WAREHOUSE Your exclusive Zippy Shell warehouse utilized to store customer storage containers.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKSSix simple steps

The customer loads their goods into the Zippy Shell Unit or hires loaders to do

the heavy lifting.

The Zippy Shell container and trailer are delivered to

the customer.

Shell Unit.

A Zippy Shell Franchise will have access to: • Low cost mobile storage equipment

• Extensive marketing support including area specific marketing plans, television and radio spots, andlocal print collateral suitable to be branded by the franchisee for marketing and advertising

• Operations & Marketing Training

• The right to acquire additional Zippy Shell units as needed

SETUP COSTSTHESE SET UP COSTS ARE ORDINARY CAPITAL EXPENDITURES AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FRANCHISE FEE.

Zippy Shell Unit — $14,400Tow Vehicle — $50,000 (Note: you can arrange your own lease for your vehicle)

Storage Container — $1,850 (*Shipping: $350.00 per container)

Loading Bed — $4,000 *Variable market controlled shipping costs

FRANCHISE FEESThe fees payable to Zippy Shell Incorporated are detailed in the franchise agreement, however the main fees associated with the franchise include but are not limited to (and are all subject to change).

Franchise Territory Fee – $75,000 (Based on population of 300,000 to 500,000)

20 year Exclusive Agreement

Franchise Storage Container Fee – $16 mo.* minimums apply

Brand Building Fund – $625.00 mo.
