Count backwards from 100 by 4s. Can you do it without making any mistakes? Take turns at doing it with a friend to check how good you are.

What are consonants? How many are there and what is their job? Can you name the consonants?

Hop on one foot while skip counting by 4s. This means you hop and say “4”, hop again and say “8” etc and keep going until you get to 12 x 4. Swap legs and hop saying the 4s back down to “0”.
