Before Fitting the Enclosure1. Ensurethetrayislevelandwallsareverticalandsquare.2. Shower fittings shouldbepositioned such thatwater dischargesdown the
centre line of a bath or across the opening of a shower cubicle door.3. Ensure water is not directed at the shower door or side panels. This could result
inwatersprayingoutsideoftheenclosure.4. Ensurethedooropeningispositionedcorrectlyandisadequateforallusers.5. Ensurethereisacompletesiliconesealbetweenthetrayandfinishedwall.6. Ensure the door is undamaged and no parts are missing.7. Ensurethesizeofdoor/panelissuitablefortheinstallation.Temperedsafety
glass cannot be cut.8. Ensure nothing can impact the door or glass panels during operation.
When Fitting the Enclosure1. Thewallchannelsmustbeinstalledontoatiledorwaterprooffinishedflatand
evenwallsurface.Failuretodosowillresultinanunsatisfactoryseal,whichmaycausepropertydamage.
2. Werecommendourenclosuresarefittedontoshowertrays. Warning!Theuseofgrout/tilecleaners,scaleremovers,abrasivescourers,
drainunblockersandotherpowerfuldetergentsmayleadtodamageofmetallic,platedandplasticsurfaces,includingthetrayandshowerwaste.
Use of the Enclosure1. Highwaterpressureandflowmayleadtoexcessivesplashingcausingwater
to escape outside of the enclosure.2. Incertaincircumstancessuchascleaning,watersprayeddirectlyattheseals
mayescapeoutsideoftheenclosure.3. Withanywalk in or openendedenclosure, splashingmay causewater to
escape outside of the enclosure.

(a) Use the glass lintel bracket as a guide, place at the end of the glass panel, as illustrated.
(b) Push gaskets onto the glass and up to glass lintel bracket to get yourmeasurement. (12 mm as shown)
(c) Removeglasslintelbracketforlateruse.
5 Prepare the fixed panels for installation, fitting the panel gaskets.
Note! SmallfinongasketstofaceINSIDE of enclosure.

(a) Select the lintels for top and bottom as per yourglassconfiguration.(b) Place the opening and closing glass panels
into the wall channel while positioning on the bottom lintel with cutouts on glass.
(c) Place the back plates on the internal side of glass on both panels and tighten the two screws on each side.
(d) Screw the 2 glass lintel brackets into place onto the bottom lintel.(e) Makesureproperalignmentofthetwoglasspanelsandthebottomrail
alongthetray.(f) MakesurethatglasspanelsaresetinsideLshapebracket.(g) Insert the glass lollipops spacers (1) with serrations facing inside unit.(h) Placeretainingblock(2)overtheglass.(i) Fit the screws (3). (j) Fitthecover(4).

Note! Be careful not to lose the lollipop down the wall channel.
Note! The lollipop must sit within the thickness of the glass, pushing it too far in will result in the top bracket not being able to locate down.
Note! Push the narrow side of the coversonfirst,tightlyfitting.

Afterpositioningthetoplintelwiththecutoutsontheglass,youneedtoensurethelevelbeforefullytighteningthetwoscrewsoneachside.Thesupportpackersareanoptiontogetthelintelfullylevel.Pleasefollowsteps below to install the support packers.

(a) Pushinthebeadingsealsusingtherollerprovidedforbothchannelsontheinside of the enclosure, starting at the bottom and working upwards.
(b) Makesurethatboththeglasspanelsarelevelandequalaboutthetray.

Important!Wet the beading seal to help with installation.
Note! Prior to beading, ensure thattheglasspanelsarelevelwiththeedgesofthetray.
The ribs on the beading go towards the glass.

(b) Mounttheslidingdoorontothetoplintel.(c) Carefullypushthebottomdoorcarriersintothebottomlintel,pressingdown
on the carriers as required.(d) Adjust thedoor levelby rotating theadjustmentscrewson topof thedoor.
Clockwise=LowerDoor.Anti-clockwise=RaiseDoor.(e) Thebottomcarrierscanbeadjustedindividually.Ifrequiredloosenthebolts
andmovethecarriersupordownontheglass,whenthedesiredpositionisachievedre-tightenthebolts.

Note! Ensure that lintel is free from debris.
Note! Avoidoveradjustment of the levelingscrews.This will ensure there is no contact between the lintel and the metal slider carriages. Note! Apply the supplied
lubricant in the three marked locations. This is critical to ensure smooth operation of the door. Move the door left and right to distribute the lubricant over the length of the track.

MaintenanceGeneral MaintenanceProviding the shower enclosure hasbeen correctly installed and is operated inaccordancewiththeinstructionscontainedinthisguide,difficultiesshouldnotarise.Ifanymaintenanceisrequiredthenitmustbecarriedoutbyacompetenttradespersontowhomthemaintenanceinstructionsareprovided.Beforereplacinganypartsensuretheunderlyingcauseofthemalfunctionhasbeenresolved.Ifthedoorbecomesdifficulttoslide,thenapplymorelubrication.
KOHLER Glass CleanerFor occasional cleaning of glass treated with KOHLER Glass Protector or for more regular maintenance of untreated surfaces, we recommend using KOHLER Glass Cleaner.
The cleaner cleans and polishes without smearing or streakingandrejuvenatestheGlassProtector.
Chrome PartsUseonlycleansersexpresslyspecifiedforchrome!
CareTopreservethebeautyofyourshowerenclosureformanyyears,pleaseobservethe following care instructions:Rinseglassand framewithclearwateraftershowering.Removewaterdropletswith a squeegee. Do not rub dry!Tocleanyourshowerhygienicallyandeasily,werecommend the use of a biodegradable cleanser.Regular cleansingwith a biodegradable cleanser prevents stubborn stains andensuresacleanandhygienicsurfaceformanyyears.Donotusescouringorcausticcleansersunderanycircumstances!Thesecandamagethesurfaceoftheframe,glassanddecorativepartsaswellastheplasticparts.
CleaningWarning!Theuseofgrout/tilecleaners,scaleremovers,abrasivescourers,drainunblockersandotherpowerfuldetergentsmayleadtodamageofmetallic,platedandplasticsurfaces,includingthetrayandshowerwaste.Avoidtheuseof‘sprayandleave’cleaners.AnycleanerusedshouldhaveapHlevelbetween4and8andimmediatelywipeddryusingasoftcloth.
