From Fabric A, cut:Use 1/2 yard and template to cut seventy-two of Template B (shape B)

Assembly:To construct each block, divide the block in quarters.

Sew A to B and then sew this unit to remainder of block.
Make the upper right quarter and lower left quarter as follows: Sew the corner D to its adjacent D to form a square. Trim to 2-1/2”, if needed. Sew the other two D pieces to the square as shown.Sew G to this unit. Trim to 4-1/2”, if needed.
Block 5 – make 2 Block 7 – make 4Block 6 – make 4 Block 8 – make 8
Make the upper left quarter as follows:Sew each D to each C as indicated. Sew each of these units to the corresponding side of F.
Sew the two C pieces along the bottom edge to each other and then sew them to the large pieced square.

Sew the upper left quarter to the upper right quarter to form the top half of the block. Sew the lower left quarter to the lower right quarter to form the bottom half of the block. Sew the top half to the bottom half.
Use the following chart to place the individual block styles. Example: 1 means Block 1.

Make the lower right quarter as follows:Sew each D to each C as indicated. Sew each of these units to the corresponding side of F.
Sew the two E pieces to each other. Sew the combined E piece to B and then sew this unit to the remainder of the block.
Sew the three C pieces along the side edge to each other as indicated and then sew this unit to the remainder of the block.

Referencing the Block Placement Chart and the Quilt Assembly Diagram, arrange the blocks into six rows of six blocks, each.
Press block seams to the left in odd numbered rows and to the right in even numbered rows.
Press the row seams open.
Your quilt top is now complete. Baste, quilt, bind and enjoy!
