CORONAVI RUS SPREAD PREVENTI ON PROTOCOLS Regarding t o t he current Coronavir us novel outbreak and t he arri val of forei gn students, UPT K3L Ul recommends to the Inter national Ul Off ice to take precauti onary measures as listed bel ow: Arr ival • Par t icipant s must pass health screening at the airpor t by checking body temperat ure. •Par t ici pant s must br ing a heal th certi f i cate and travel insurance to par t icipat e in the act i vi ty. I n transit • Par tidpants take a bus accompanied by a commi ttee from the Off i ce of Inter national Affair s to dorm. • The committ ee provi des masks and manuals to the par t i cipant s. •For eign student pi ckup commi tt ee needs to be equipped wi th per sonal prot ecti ve equipment (surgical mask). • A certif ied and skil led emergency responder will assist dur ing t r ansit Acti vity Dur ing the acti vit y act ivi t i es par ti cipants and the committee must pay att ent ion t o the f oll owing i mpor t ant r ules: 1.Per f orm routi ne hand hygiene, especiall y bef ore handling the mouth, nose and eyes; as well as after holding a publi c i nstallation ( doorknobs, trai n straps, di gital devices, stai r handrail , etc. ) 2.Wash your hands with water and li quid soap and r inse f or at l east 20 seconds. Wash wi th water and dry wi t h a t owel or di sposable paper . I f ther e is no hand washing facil i ty, you can use 70-80% alcohol handrub. 3. Cover ing the mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing usi ng a t i ssue, or t he insi de of the upper ar m. The ti ssue used is t hrown in the t rash and washed your hands afterwards. 4.When you have respi ratory symptoms, wear a mask, and seek t reat ment at a heal th care f acility. 5. If you see someone who i s visibly coughi ng/ sneezing/ si ck, keep your distance. 2m t o 0.5 m will keep you safe from l arge droplets 6.Throw away masks once they feet gross, don' t wear them f or more t han a day. CORONAVIRUS SPREAD PREVENTION PROTOCOLS
Regarding to the current Coronavirus novel outbreak and thearrival of foreign students, UPT K3L Ul recommends to theInternational Ul Office to take precautionary measures as listedbelow:
Arrival•Participants must pass health screening at the airport by
checking body temperature.•Participants must bring a health certificate and travel
insurance to participate in the activity.
In transit•Partidpants take a bus accompanied by a committee from
the Office of International Affairs to dorm.•The committee provides masks and manuals to the
participants.•Foreign student pickup committee needs to be equipped with
personal protective equipment (surgical mask).•A certified and skilled emergency responder will assist during
transit
ActivityDuring the activity activities participants and the committee mustpay attention to the following important rules:
1.Perform routine hand hygiene, especially before handlingthe mouth, nose and eyes; as well as after holding a publicinstallation (doorknobs, train straps, digital devices, stairhandrail, etc.)2.Wash your hands with water and liquid soap and rinse forat least 20 seconds. Wash with water and dry with a towel ordisposable paper. If there is no hand washing facility, you canuse 70-80% alcohol handrub.3.Covering the mouth and nose when sneezing or coughingusing a tissue, or the inside of the upper arm. The tissue usedis thrown in the trash and washed your hands afterwards.4.When you have respiratory symptoms, wear a mask, andseek treatment at a health care facility.5.If you see someone who is visibly coughing/ sneezing/ sick,keep your distance. 2m to 0.5 m will keep you safe from largedroplets6.Throw away masks once they feet gross, don't wear themfor more than a day. Bacteria grows on the insides of masksIf they're worn for too long. Avoid touching the outside of themask as well.7.Do not share food, utensils, cups, towels.

Sehubungan dengan adanya wabah novel Coronavirus saat inidan kedatangan siswa asing, UPT K3L Ul merekomendasikankepada Kantor Urusan Intemasional untuk mengambil tindakanpencegahan sepefti yang tercantum di bawah ini:
Kedatangan•Peserta melewati screening kesehatan di bandara dengan
pemeriksaan suhu tubuh.•Peserta harus membawa health certificate dan travel
insurance untuk mengikuti kegiatan.
Perjalanan•Peserta naik bus dengan didampingi oleh panifia dan Kantor
Urusan Intemasional menuju penginapan.•Panitia membehkan masker dan buku panduan kepada
peserta kegiatan.•Panitia penjemputan mahasiswa asing periu dilengkapi
dengan alat pelindung diri (surgical mask).•Didampingi petugas yang tersertifikasi dan memiliki
kemampuan respon.
AktivitasSelama aktivitas kegiatan peserta dan panitia harusmemperhatikan kaidah-kaidah penting berikut ini:
1. Lakukan kebersihan tangan secara rutin, terutama sebelummemegang mulut, hidung dan mata; serta setelah memeganginstalasi publik (kenop pintu, pegangan tangan di kereta,perangkat digital, pegangan tangga, dll.)2- Cuci tangan Anda dengan air dan sabun cair dan bilassetidaknya selama 20 detik. Cuci dengan air dan keringkandengan handuk atau kertas sekali pakal. Jika tidak ada fasilitasmencuci tangan, Anda dapat menggunakan alkohol 70-80%.3.Menutup mulut dan hidung saat bersin atau batukmenggunakan tisu. atau bagian dalam lengan atas. Jaringanyang digunakan dibuang ke tempat sampah dan dicud tangansesudahnya.4.Ketika Anda memiliki gejala pemapasan, kenakan masker,dan cari perawatan di fasilitas perawatan kesehatan.5.Jika Anda melihat seseorang yang terlihat batuk / bersin /sakit, jaga jarak. 2 m hingga 0,5 m akan membuat Anda amandari tetesan besar6.Buang masker setelah mereka merasa kotor, janganmemakainya selama lebih dari sehari. Bakteri tumbuh dibagian dalam masker jika dipakai tertalu lama. Hindarimenyentuh bagian luar masker juga.7.Jangan berbagi makanan, peralatan, geias, handuk.

Monitoringa The committee will monitor the participant's condition and
ensure that participants implement hygiene behavior duringthe activity
•If there are symptoms, Participants are immediately referredto the nearest sen/ice facility. If the participants are alreadyin the Ul, they need to be referred to the Ul Satellite Clinic(Monday-Friday 08.00-20 00, Saturday 08.00-16.00, phone:02178881017) or Campus Hospital (24 hours 7 days, phone:02150829292).
•Panitia pengantaran mahasiswa asing perlu dilengkapidengan alat pelindung din (surgical mask)
•Didampingi petugas yang tersertifikasi dan memilikikemampuan respon.
Pemantauan•Panitia akan melakukan pemantauan dan monitoring kondisi
peserta selama pelaksanaan kegiatan dan memastikanpeserta menerapkan perilaku hygiene selama beraktivitas
•Apabila terdapat gejala pada mahasiswa asing, merekasegera dirujuk ke fasilitas layanan terdekat. Jika Anda sudahberada di Ul, Anda hams dirujuk ke Klinlk Satelit Ul (Senm-Jumat 08.00-20.00, Sabtu 08.00-16.0017, telepon:02178881017) atau Rumah Sakit Kampus (24 jam 7 hari,telepon: 02150829292).
