Dear Parishioners, Today’s Scripture readings offer us a standing invitation to the everlasting joy of the Heavenly Banquet and a loving warning to stay ready always for this Heavenly banquet. Our participation in the Eucharistic celebration, in personal prayer, and family prayers helps us to recharge our spiritual batteries and enables us to lead prayerful lives of doing good for all. Last Saturday we had the Blessing of the Animals. It was a wonderful experience to see all the animals and the parishioners who care for them. We had all sorts of animals that were blessed. It was a beautiful reminder of the joy and goodness of God’s creation. If you were not able to attend you can always call the office and make an appointment for your pet to be blessed. In Christ, Fr. First Communion students will a end a monthly mass one Saturday a month, with a parent, and will receive

a packet of lessons to do at home. Confirma on students will be given online assignments to complete

each month.
