Jesus re-affirmed that It is the Lord, who ‘gave them bread

from heaven to eat,’ (PsaJm 78:24); Jesus then went on to de-

clare that ‘I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me will nev-

er hunger and whoever believes in me will never thirst.’ Certain-

ly, Jesus challenged the Jews, the apostles, and challenges us

today. Do we believe in the real presence of Jesus in the Eucha-

rist?’ We, Catholics, believe that the Eucharist is "the source and

summit of the Christian life". (Lumen Gentium, no. 11;

cf. Catechism of the Catholic Church, CCC, no. 1324) We be-

lieve that in the Eucharist, the Lord Jesus, transforming himself

into bread, broken for us, pours over us all His mercy and His

love. The Eucharist is the source of Grace. It is also the source

of Growth in Faith, Hope and Charity for us. Have you ever

Phenomenon in the lives of the Saints, by Joan Carroll Cruz.

This book along with the bible has helped me in my spiritual

life. Put this book (Eucharist Miracles) into your reading lists.

we go? You have the words of eternal life. Also we have come

Registration for the 2015-16 Religious Education Programs Catechism for Children The 2015 -16 CCE School Year for PreK4 - 8th grade begins on September 13, 2015. Classes will be held on Sundays from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. A copy of both the child’s baptismal and birth certifi-cates will be required for registration. Registration will be from June 21 - August 14. You may sign up at the following times: Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm High School Confirmation The High School Confirmation program begins on October 7, 2015 for students in grades 9 -11. Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m., and attendance at class is mandatory in order to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. A copy of the teen’s baptismal and first communion certificates will be required for registration. Registration will be from August 10 – September 8. You may sign up at the CCE Office at the following times: Monday - Thursday from 10am – 12 noon and 1 – 3 pm Special Needs Programs We welcome children with special learning needs (i.e., mentally or physically challenged) to participate in our small-group CCE program. Calling all ACTS sisters. Come and enjoy fellowship with your

STM ACTS Sisters from past retreats and hear the developments

for the 2016 Woman’s ACTS Retreat. The Retreat will be held

January 14 – 17, 2016 at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Retreat

During our second quarter of 2015 you helped us accomplished

2. Made 37 home visits (helping 129 family members).

ENGLISH AS A SECONG LANGUAGE The registrations for the new courses for English as a

second language will be on Tuesday September 8,

and Thursday September 10, 2015 at the St. Thomas

More Parish School building from 7pm to 8:30pm.

The cost is $30.00. The clases will be held on Tues-

days and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. Clases will

Durante nuestro segundo trimestre de 2015 nos ayudó a lograr los si-

guientes objetivos:

* Se ayudó a alimentar a 624 familias (de 2140 miembros de la familia)

de nuestra despensa con un valor monetario de $ 18,645.00

*Se hizo 37 visitas de casas (ayudando a 129 miembros de la familia).

*Se ayudó pagar $8,684.68 en ayuda para el alquiler y $766.97 en

pagos de servicios públicos.
