GBTCharge to ParticipantsThe purpose of the Preliminary Design Review for the Green
Bank Spectrometer is to validate that the designs and plans presented, to the extent they can be evaluated at this point in the project, meet the guidelines for the new spectrometer by:
1. Satisfying the science case2. Addressing all of the specifications3. Meeting the requirements of the ATI grant
description4. Appearing to be technically and financially
viable5. Being able to be completed in accordance with
the grant and project schedules6. Identifying the risks of the project, their
potential effect, and demonstrating a satisfactory mitigation plan for each risk
