2021 FPA NorCal Conference
Partnership Opportunities
-
December 2020
Dear Friend of the FPA NorCal Conference:
We invite you to be a Conference Partner of the 49th Annual FPA NorCal Conference, to be held virtually on
Tuesday, June 1, Wednesday, June 2, and Thursday, June 3, 2021.
Partners allows us to maintain a high-level conference filled with educational content and networking opportunities, and
to provide a reasonable registration fee for attendees.
It’s a new world and we are challenged to reinvent this premier Conference in a changed environment. This year’s May
conference required us to pivot in April and turn it into a virtual one, which we can report was very successful with
attendance equaling our in-person conference. Some of the feedback we received:
• You all did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! I have to say, I was impressed. Considering this is such a brave new world
we are living in, and working in, and learning to navigate, WOW!
• I LOVED the Partner networking sessions. I actually paused and listened and learned a lot. Much more
impactful than walking around the Sunset Court.
• Thanks for organizing a great conference. Well done! Very complicated endeavor!
• Thanks to FPA NorCal for offering an engaging and informative virtual conference!
• While I missed seeing my peers, I liked the virtual format because it was time efficient.
It is essential that we think differently about our conference for 2021 and reinvent it, but with the same intention for
inspiring excellence and fostering community. We will eventually hold in-person conferences again, however the virtual
component will not be going away.
This virtual conference will provide more ways for our Partners to connect with attendees. While the previous
events were limited to 500 advisor participants due to space constraints, we expect to at least double our attendance as
a virtual conference, providing the possibility of more attendees being introduced to your company. Our Marketing Team
is gearing up to promote the conference starting months prior to the conference allowing for more Partnership exposure.
Please review the additional information below that outlines the many opportunities for Conference Partners in this virtual
world. Partner levels and benefits are listed and a preview of what our virtual conference venue will look like.
To secure your space at the 2021 FPA NorCal Conference, please act now! The link to register online is in your email.
Sincerely,
Chad Perbeck Shawn Eubanks

We are reimagining our FPA NorCal Conference for 2021
The world has shifted, and we are proposing a new schedule and new way to present our speakers, our Partners and to
connect with our attendees, while addressing the virtual world we are in.
Our theme for 2021 is Resilience. Resilience is the ability to be flexible when adapting to change. It is also the ability
to “bounce back” from a loss, disappointment, or other difficult circumstances. Those who are resilient remain rooted
and grounded even when trials and tribulations arise. They can see an affirming point of view in spite of the circumstances.
As we plan for FPA NorCal 2021, we are asking what will be most helpful, beneficial, or inspirational to our FPA NorCal
Community during this time? What can move us from being stuck and longing for what we once considered normal, to
rising to the occasion, dealing with what is and looking forward optimistically to the future and to what new opportunities
are in store for us? Our Partners help us provide our clients and our firms with important resources. We want to hear how
Resilience shows up for you and your company and how you can share that with our attendees. Exceptional content?
Incredible speakers? Entertainment? Gamification? Digital Swag? Let’s get creative!
