FAITH FORMATION NEWS

Christmas Break: the Faith Formation classes follow the public

school calendar so we will be off from Monday, December 19th

through January 2nd. Classes begin again on Tuesday, January 3,

2017.

Mondays’ Class: Mondays’ class students will begin their classes on

Monday, January 9, 2017.

Quinceañeras: please meet with Miss Rodriguez before finalizing

your requirements at the main office.

The Confirmation class year one: attends classes the last two

Tuesdays of the month and as usual will be participating in the youth

group activities every Wednesday of the month.

Confirmation class year two: will be back for class on Tuesday

January 3, 2017 and every Tuesday of the month and Wednesdays

for youth group.

Youth Group: will resume their activities on Wednesday, January 4,

2017.

Thank you: we thank all the parents and other parishioners very

much who generously gave donations and their time with the chil-

Vacaciones de Navidad: Las clases de la Formación en la Fe siguen el

calendario de las escuelas publicas así que estaremos de vacaciones del

19 de diciembre al 2 de enero. Las clases comienzan de nuevo el martes

3 de enero del 2017.

La clase del lunes: comienza el 9 de enero del 2017.

Quinceañeras: se les pide a las quinceañeras que tengan una reunión

During this Advent season we are asked to share our bless-ings with others. Please join us in helping families who ex-perienced ill health this past year and face financial chal-lenges this holiday season. Mercy Ministries of Laredo asks for our help to give such families in Laredo assistance in mak-ing Christmas Day a little brighter for their children. We invite you to visit our Angel Tree at the Parish entrance and commit to helping one or more children with a toy or a movie gift cer-tificate. Their parents will present your purchases to their chil-dren to bring them Christmas morning joy.

We ask you to bring your gifts to the parish office, no later than Thurs., Dec. 23rd by 5:00 p.m. Please do not wrap them. Just tape your angel or snowflake to it. Movie tickets can be placed in a little gift bag or an envelope. All gifts will be picked up and distributed among the families. Thank you for sharing your blessings with those less fortunate.

BAKE SALE

The Campus Ministries will be having a bake sale after each

Mass this weekend. All proceeds are to raise funds so that

they can attend the “SEEK CONFERENCE” in San Antonio on

January 3rd - 7th. Please support the Campus Ministries by

stopping by after Mass to purchase some of their delicious

baked goods!
