It has been just over two years since the opening of our Hanover office and we are pleased to report that our YTD sales volume has quadrupled over the same time period last year. We are currently the number 1 agency in dollar volume sold in Grafton and Sullivan counties combined*. We could not have achieved these results without the support of you; our clients, customers and business associates.

Much of this increase has been due to the high end of the market returning once again to the Upper Valley. However sales of our listings under $1M have also exhibited strong results. The market overall is not performing at the same pace. Total Dollar Volume Sold in Grafton and Sullivan counties YTD is up just 2.2% and Unit Sales are actually down -7.4%. The Median Selling Price is also down -7.7% thus far this year.

Pricing a home correctly in this market is key for Sellers. And for Buyers there is continued opportunity out there. Interest rates remain affordable, the financial markets are at all-time highs and consumer confidence continues to grow. In fact, the greatest impediment to Buyer success this year is actually the lack of inventory.
