our Ceremony and Reception LocationsYour Regency Ballroom is breathtaking! it can accommodate 260 guests with the dance floor down for a plated or buffet style dinner. its french doors, crème peau de soie draperies and swarovski Crystal chandeliers create an exquisite atmosphere for a candlelit event. when the lights are dimmed, the crystals dance and reflect muted candlelight, creating an unforgettable mood! a separate and beautifully appointed buffet room, graced with elegant crystal sconces, is also yours.

the Galleria is perfect for your intimate gathering of up to 72 guests. it is located on the ground floor of our hotel and offers gorgeous sunsets and vistas of the Rockies from its panoramic windows. a beautiful wrap-around patio is adjacent for guests to enjoy the view or take a relaxing breather outside. earth colors decorate this lovely room. its hand-hewn granite surfaces provide a perfect natural backdrop for your beautiful buffet, wedding cake or even an ice sculpture.
