    CEREMONY

    I. Prelude Music Begins ---- 2:30II. Seating of parents and grandparents ---2:55III. Candle lighters enter and light the altar candles --- 3:00IV. cue Air on a G String BachV. Groom, Officiant and groomsmen enter toVI. Cue To ZanarkandVII. Bridesmaids enter one at a timeVIII. Flower girl and Ring bearer enterIX. Brides mom stands to signal congregationX. Enter bride and brotherXI. Bride and brother stand at front during welcome (after a short time, fade music out)XII. Welcome by Officiant:

    a. Welcome. We gather here today in the presence of these friends and loved ones tocelebrate one of lifes greatest moments and to give our best wishes and blessings tothe words which shall unite (Brides name) and (Grooms name) in holy matrimony.

    Who brings this woman to be wed?

    b. Brother answers: I do and is seated with family. Bride joins groom in front of officiantXIII. Officiant:Let us bow our heads in prayer. Heavenly Father, (Brides name) and (Grooms

    name) are now about to vow their unending loyalty to each other. We ask You to accept the

    shared treasure of their life together, which they now create and offer to You. Grant them

    everything they need, that they may increase in their knowledge of You throughout their life

    together. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.

    XIV. Officiant:The bride and groom ask their mothers to come forth and light the candlesrepresenting their families.

    XV. Cue New World SymphonyXVI. Mothers light their respective candles and are seated.XVII. Officiant to the couple:Would you both now light the unity candle that represents the

    blending of your two families? While lighting the candle: As you light this candle today,

    may the brightness of the flame shine throughout your lives. May it give you courage and

    reassurance in darkness; warmth and safety in the cold; and strength and joy in your bodies,

    minds and spirits. May your union be forever blessed.

    XVIII. Couple lights the candle and returns to frontXIX. Officiant: Marriage is perhaps the greatest and most challenging adventure of human

    relationships. No ceremony can create your marriage; only you can do that through love

    and patience; through dedication and perseverance; through talking and listening,

    supporting and believing in each other; through tenderness and laughter; through learning

    to forgive, learning to appreciate differences, and by learning to make the important things

    matter, and to let go of the rest. Will you, (Grooms name), take this woman to be your

    wedded wife and love her faithfully for so long as you shall live? (Groom answers I will).

    Will you, (BRIDE), take this man to be your wedded husband and love him faithfully for so

    long as you shall live? (I will).

    XX. Officiant:You may now take each others hands and I remind you before you recite yourvows that marriage is a precious gift; a lifelong dedication to love and a daily challenge to

    love one another more fully and more freely than the day before it. The couple has

    prepared their own vows.

    XXI. (GROOMS VOWS)XXII. (GROOMS VOWS cont.)XXIII. Officiant: The couple has chosen rings as outward symbols of the commitment they come

    here to make. May I have the rings?

    XXIV. Officiant to Groom: (name), take the ring which you have selected, place it on (Bridesnames )finger and say to her these words. This ring symbolizes my desire that you be my

    wife from this day forward.

    XXV. Officiant to Bride: (name), take the ring which you have selected, place it on (Groomsname) finger, and say to him these words. This ring symbolizes my desire that you be my

    husband from this day forward.XXVI. Officiant: (name), and (name), having witnessed your vows for marriage with all who are

    assembled here, and by the authority vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife

    and you may seal your vows with a kiss.

    XXVII. Officiant: Ladies and gentlemen, It is my honor to present to you for the first time, (name)and (name). (que Wedding March)

    XXVIII. Procession starts with Bride and Groom, followed by Bridesmaids and groomsmen incouples.
