Forums are web applications that manage user generated content

This content is structured and divided into sections called “threads”.

Here, people with common interest share ideas

Forums also tend to create bonds between members

Most forums are governed by general codes of conduct which are guarded by moderators

Forum software is freely available (phpBB,SFM)
