KEY MANAGEMENT

Richard Mazur, P. Geo, MBA is a geoscientist who has held positions in

the international exploration and mining industry for over 30 years. Mr.

Mazur worked as a Uranium Project Geologist from 1974 to 1983.

Ken Wheatley is a Professional Geoscientist with 33 years of uranium

exploration experience. Mr. Wheatley discovered 132 million pounds of

uranium in eight deposits in the Athabasca Basin and managed AREVA’s

Kiggavik exploration program in the Thelon Basin.

Dr. Boen Tan is Professional Geoscientist whom discovered the 200

million pound Key Lake Uranium Mine. Dr. Tan continued to supervise

uranium exploration and drilling programs in the Athabasca Basin for the

past 40 years.

Ian Stalker, Chem. Eng. is an international mining executive with over 30

years’ experience in mine development and operations with Goldfields and

AngloGold Ashanti. Mr. Stalker is the former CEO of UraMin Inc. which

was sold to AREVA for $2.5 billion and Berkeley Resources Ltd.
