Overview

Formflex is a fast and versatile floor slab formwork system that can be used to

produce any desired layout by using combinations of our FDP Euro Props, H20

Timber Beams and Tripods. The Formflex system enables the usage of any type of

plywood so that any desired type of concrete finish can be achieved easily.

Adaptability

The beauty of Formflex is in its simplicity as it can be adapted to solve any floor slab

This allows perfect adaptability to columns and walls as well as allowing different slab

thicknesses.

FDP Euro Props

FDP Euro props are extendable floor props

made of steel and are compliant with BS EN

1065. They are designed for use as vertical

props for temporary structures.

Type-tested to BS EN 1065 and with a high

load-bearing capacity, FDP Props also come

with numbered pegging holes for quick and

easy height adjustment.

Euro Tripod

Removable folding tripod for holding FDP Euro

Aluminium Beams

Formwork Direct offers three types of Aluminium beams, each with varying properties

that cover a range of applications.

The single-web S150 and twin-web T150 beams are supplied with timber inserts to

allow for plywood to be fixed. The S150 is available for general use to suit all

budgets and the strongerS150 Beam T150 Beam

Important note:

Before fitting the bracing, make sure that the holes in the prop and the 4 way Fork Head

or H20 Drop Head are correctly aligned (see Practical examples)

Important note:

● The 4 Way Fork Head

or H20 Drop Head must

be fixed onto the prop

before the screw-on

couplers are mounted.

● If the screw-on

couplers are mounted

first, this makes it

impossible to retract the

inner prop all

the way.

● Carefully screw on

the screw-on couplers,

so as not to damage

the props.
