Usually, a monarchy is run by a king or queen, who makes all the laws and major government decisions

For the most part, the monarchs in a C.M. do not have any real power. The power is held by another part of the government

Head of State : dictator People have little to no control over the
gov’t and its decisions Keep power through force and intimidation
Dictatorship
People run the government (elect the H.O.S. and representatives)
