Rapport -
o If the client has came voluntarily then you don’t need to do anything for a better
rapport / if the client is referred by someone then try writing about how you will
connect with the client
Ego Strengthening -
o What you have in the client to be used for Ego Strengthening - On reading the case
what you think as can be use for strengthening the ego of the client... if nothing written
in the case hypothetically what may be available with the client for us to use as a ego
strengthening tool
Counselee need
o What you think as need of your client mentioned in the case
Psychopathology name
o if any
o Whether the need relates to any psychopathology
Session Goal
o What you got to do with the client... if more than one... prioritize and write one by one
Treatment phase
o Techniques / activities used for each goal
Materials needed
o if any

2. Vignettes
In vignettes, the case will have one or two questions and you need to answer them straight
away... you don’t have to go with a format like case studies above...
3. PPT
o Make a ppt of around 20 pages and not more than that.
o List points and write in paragraphs

o Use small fonts of size 12 - 16
o Don’t fill the slides with images but images related to content and understanding are
preferable
o Have a slide for objective of the ppt and discussion about the ppt
o Name the ppt with your registration no, module no and content topic
4. Essay
o Write as bulleted points or as small paragraphs
o Provide titles for each paragraph
o Use 11 or 12 size Arial font
o Use single color
o Write for two to four page and not more than that
o Write objective of the essay below the topic and end with a discussion paragraph
o Be content specific and state metaphors
o Use your own writing, don’t copy paste
o Name the chart with your registration no, module no and content topic
5. Chart
o Use word or any other computer software to design charts

o Or draw it physically using physical chart and then take a photo of the same
o Don’t crowd the chart with words... use pointers and leave lot of space in between
o Just try showing the important points of the content in an pictorial way... use colors
o Let it be a mind map kind of representation or pictorial representation
o Don’t forget to name the chart or write down the chart your number, module number
and topic name
6. White Paper
o A topic will be provided and you will be asked to discuss the topic in both ways
(possible / impossible or positive /negative or existing or absent)
o Write in an essay format. Limit it to two to three pages. Write in paragraphs. Give
topics wherever required
o Discuss in both ways and end the white paper with your strong views
o In essay you will be discuss about a topic on one side and relate facts with the
content.
o In white paper you will discuss in both the ways and you will relate facts of both the
kinds and input your views to validate points.
