General Information

Registration – Please register in the John P. Ryan Library upon arrival to receive a program with a list of event times and locations. Registration will be open on Friday from 1:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Childcare – Children are welcome at Reunion and many events are family-friendly; however, children are not permitted at dinner on both Friday and Saturday evenings. The School will offer childcare (including meals and activities) for children 6 months to 14 years of age on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00-11:30 p.m. Fees for childcare are listed under Weekend Costs. You must reserve space for your child(ren) in order to utilize childcare. Be sure to note any food allergies at the time of registration.

Weekend Attire – Casual dress for the weekend. Business Formal for Saturday evening.

Dormitory Accommodations – Sheets, pillows, and towels will be provided for guests staying in the dormitories. There are no phones or fans in the rooms. Cots are available for children if requested. Please indicate the number of cots needed when registering. If you register by Friday, May 18 every attempt will be made to place you and your classmates in the same dormitory.

Athletics Facilities – The Cunningham Pool and the Fitness Center will be open from 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Please bring towels. We will not provide equipment for any athletics activities.
