THESIS PROPOSAL APPROVAL OVERVIEW: The IPN requires all M.Sc. students to submit their thesis proposal within eighteen months of admission into the program. Once the student has drafted their thesis proposal, they are highly encouraged to host an Advisory Committee meeting to receive feedback on their draft. Once the Advisory Committee unanimously confirms that the student’s thesis proposal is satisfactory, this form must be completed and e- mailed to [email protected]. INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Download this form onto your computer. o Save it as PDF. o Name the document in the following format: “Your Last Name, Your First Name – MSc Approval Form.” 2) Open the form. 3) Fill in the form’s fields electronically, except for those pertaining to signatures. 4) Save the semi-completed form. 5) Once your thesis proposal has been approved by your Advisory Committee, all members must sign in the specified fields. 6) Once you’ve obtained all your committee members’ signatures, scan and e-mail your completed approval form to [email protected]. * Failure to submit this form will stall your M.Sc. OVERVIEW: The IPN requires all M.Sc. students to submit their thesis proposal within eighteen months of admission into the program. Account.

STEP 2: Once you are logged in, click the tab ‘Apps.’

STEP 11: Click ‘Allow Editing’ Click ‘Apply.’

STEP 12: Once you’ve entered all members’ e-mail addresses +

granted them access to edit your form, click ‘Send.’

access your approval form, so that they can insert their digital

signatures onto it.

STEP 14: You can continuously monitor your shared form to see if all

your committee members have digitally signed it. Once all signatures

have been obtained, save the form as a PDF, and e-mail it to

[email protected]
