MM6(E) MADRID AGREEMENT AND PROTOCOL CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION OF MARKS REQUEST FOR THE RECORDING OF A LIMITATION OF THE LIST OF GOODS AND SERVICES (Rule 25 of the Common Regulations) IMPORTANT 1. This request may be presented directly to the International Bureau by the holder or through the Office of the Contracting Party of the holder. 2. The goods and services affected by this limitation may be the subject of a subsequent designation and therefore will continue to be taken into account in the calculation of the supplementary fees at the time of renewal. If these goods and services are to be permanently removed from the International Register, the recording of a cancellation should be requested instead (form MM8). In such a case, those goods and services may no longer be the subject of a subsequent designation and will not be taken into account in the calculation of the supplementary fees at the time of renewal. 3. One single form may be used to request the recording of one limitation for several international registrations, provided that the holder is the same and the same limitation applies to all designated Contracting Parties or to the same designated Contracting Parties for each of the international registrations concerned. 4. If the limitation is not the same in respect of a designated Contracting Party, the recording of this limitation must be requested in a separate form. LIMITATION OF THE LIST OF GOODS AND SERVICES

IMPORTANT

1. This request may be presented directly to the International Bureau by the holder or through the Office of the Contracting Party of the holder.

2. The goods and services affected by this limitation may be the subject of a subsequent designation and therefore will continue to be taken into account in the calculation of the supplementary fees at the time of renewal. If these goods and services are to be permanently removed from the International Register, the recording of a cancellation should be requested instead (form MM8). In such a case, those goods and services may no longer be the subject of a subsequent designation and will not be taken into account in the calculation of the supplementary fees at the time of renewal.

3.
