1. Foreword

This document aims to graphically present ITM Financial’s forecasted

performance for 2013.

* It shows with conclusive forward simulation evidence, how our

trading algorithms are projected to capture up to 6,000+ pips (Price Index Points) in profit, in 2013.

What is Monte Carlo?

Monte Carlo methods are used in finance and mathematical finance to

value and analyze (complex) trading systems, instruments, portfolios and

investments by simulating the various sources of uncertainty affecting

their performance in multiple market conditions.

Monte Carlo Simulations are used worldwide to assess the statistical

“soundness” and potential profitability of a trading system based on not

only its past performance, but its current performance in relation to its

past performance as well.

The result: A much higher degree of confidence in a trading system’s

ability to perform profitably under any market conditions.

How is this report different from simple backtests?

Traditional backtesting results reveal how an automated trading system

“would have” performed in the past.

By using both Historical Evaluation and Forward Simulation Tools, ITM

Financial’s past and current performance metrics are taken into account,

and subsequently used to project how our trading algorithms will perform

in the future, not just how they “would have” performed in the past.

9. Conclusion

ITM Financial’s Trading Algorithms exhibit consistent performance
