Foreword by The Organising Chairman of GABC 2011

Global Advances in Business Communication (GABC) conference aims to bring together academics and practitioners to share and explore ongoing scholarly activities and business practices which shape and are shaped by the changing nature and level of global business communications. Globalization has seen the world getting borderless made possible by communication technologies. The demand for competent, knowledgeable and innovative workforce gives rise to the need for a well-rounded human capital who can fulfil the expectation of the market.

The gathering of the brains in the Business Communication field would be able to generate understanding, scholarly findings and insightful glimpse of expectations and performance of human capital in contributing to the economy of the country specifically and the world, generally.
