Simple Seal is readily available in a wide variety

of colors and widths, but every project is different,

and sometimes a custom solution is needed. When

that is the case, Tremco can provide quick turn-

around on custom widths, colors, thicknesses,

profiles and textures.

Not the right size? Having a hard time deciding on a width? Is the 3” material too narrow or 4” too wide? Do you have concerns that the nominal 2 mm thickness is not thick enough to last, or need thinner extruded material to conform to your complex substrate?

You’re in luck. You can order custom width and custom thickness Simple Seal with production lead times of three weeks or less from time of placing your order.

Specialty width Simple Seal is available in any size ranging from 0.5 to 14” (13 to 355 mm).

Special order thickness Simple Seal ranging from .05 to .24” (1.3 to 6 mm) is available upon request.

Not the right color?Cannot find the right color to match your building? Simple Seal is available in 7 stock and 11 special order colors. But there is no need to settle. Should none of these colors match your substrate, Simple Seal can be custom color matched to your liking. Just submit a color chip or small sample of your substrate, and we will provide a color matched silicone sample in short order for your approval.

Typical applications for Spectrem Simple Seal include window and door perimeters, EIFS joints, parapet walls, skylights, aluminum window seals, transition seals, curtain wall metal-to-metal joinery, sheet metal roof joints, penetrations, and many other gap and joint conditions. Simple Seal is adhered to substrates using Spectrem 1 or Spectrem 2* Silicone Sealant, creating a complete, compatible weatherproofing system.

Simple Seal can be manufactured with specialty textured finishes. Quarzputz, coarse & fine textures are readily available upon request. Not the right shape?Are you concerned that our flat extruded silicone extrusions will have difficulties conforming to your complex substrate? Simple seal is available with specially designed flex-points (notches) which allow it to bend readily around corners and can be installed in a variety of configurations. Simply submit a sketch with dimensions of the configuration and we will provide a design engineering drawing for your approval.
