ME Aims Global Immigration & Education Services is a

one-stop solution for all immigration & international education needs. The team at Aims Global have vast experience in servicing their clients and providing high quality immigration advice. We have four full licensed immigration advisers and a strong support team, enabling us to give our clients personalised and attentive service. We have a wide range of services to offer and have assisted over 5,000 clients. Clients come primarily through word-of-mouth referrals from other satisfied clients. We have countless success stories from people who have come to New Zealand to study, work, visit or join family.

Arunima Dhingra, the founder and director of Aims Global, was named the Immigration Adviser/Lawyer of the Year by the NZAMI [New Zealand Association for Migration & Investment] in 2017 along with being recognised with an award for Community Outreach. The NZAMI awards are a rare acknowledgement of a worthy recipient within the immigration industry and is presented to an individual who has made a notable impact, providing continuing service and furthering the national interest within the immigration sector.

Arunima has been a member of NZAMI for nine years and has been recognised as one of its most prominent members. As the leader of the Aims Global team she has steered the firm towards growth & success.

As a migrant myself, I have experienced first hand the journey from international student to migrant worker to resident and now successful entrepreneur. My passion is sharing this experience with my clients and helping them achieve similar milestones in their own journeys.

My team also bring with them a wealth of professional and personal experience that makes us uniquely placed to offer clients not just the highest standard of immigration advice but also treat them with empathy and understanding.

Each member of the team has gone through the immigration process themselves in one way or another, with some coming to New Zealand initially as students, or joining partners and family here.

They have experienced the ups and downs of the immigration process, and can therefore truly understand how clients feel and offer them the considered support they require.

Along with our caring team, we also have a large network of industry connections, and are well known and reputed within the market. We use all the resources available to us, including our knowledge, experience and our connections, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Aims Global began in 2004 as a dream shared by the dynamic father-daughter team of Amar Manchanda and his daughter Arunima. The company had its beginnings in India, and was born out of a passion to help people follow their ambitions to study overseas. In early 2005, Arunima moved to New Zealand herself, as one of the thousands of international students who come to New Zealand to chase their dreams. Along with her studies, she continued working with her father to grow Aims Global’s market presence.

In August 2007, Aims Global graced the New Zealand Companies Office register as an incorporated company in New Zealand. From this point onward, there was no looking back and Aims Global began its rapid ascent to the top in the immigration industry.

We moved into our first commercial office space in 2008 and cemented our position as a key player in the immigration space. Our team continued to grow, as did our database of satisfied clients. Tanvi Pande and Hamneet Jaggi joined the team in 2011 and 2012 respectively, and went on to become full licensed immigration advisers themselves.

Arunima’s one-woman army has now flourished into a well-rounded team of competent professionals who all share a common passion for achieving the best for their clients.

Aims Global reached new heights of professional success in 2015 with Arunima being named as a finalist in the NZAMI Hall of Fame Awards. The recognition and accolades continued in 2017 when Arunima was named the Immigration Adviser/Lawyer of the Year at the NZAMI awards, as well as being honoured with an award for Community Outreach. We also moved to a brand new custom-built office space, and our newest full licensed immigration adviser Mehak Singh also came on board. We now have a dynamic team of 12 including four full licensed advisers, and we hope to continue providing our clients with the best possible service for decades to come.

In October 2017, Mr Amar Manchanda passed away, and Arunima and her team have taken it upon herself to carry on his legacy. Arunima is committed to ensuring that the dream she shared with her father continues to blossom.

She is extremely passionate about her work and finds immense satisfaction in achieving results for her clients. Along with being a successful entrepreneur, family is very important to Arunima and in what little spare time she gets she loves to spend time with her family, travel, shop and hopefully catch up on her sleep.

Arunima came to New Zealand as a student and then worked towards getting her permanent residence. Since she has personally been through the ups and downs of being an international student, she can relate almost immediately to the many issues that students face when settling in a new place: finding a job, overcoming the cultural and language barriers and finally trying to achieve the ultimate goal for most–gaining permanent residence.

Arunima has been making contributions to the changing student policies and has been regularly invited to industry reference groups .

Tanvi came to NZ in 2011 to join her husband. She has been through the immigration process herself, and brings her personal experience as well as her compassionate nature to her work.

Tanvi worked in Human Resources in India for 5 years before coming to New Zealand. She has been working with Aims Global since June 2011. She believes in forming meaningful professional relationships with her clients, and treats them with great empathy and understanding.

She feels an immense sense of pride and fulfilment when clients keep in touch with her for years after

their applications have been approved, and she values the trust and faith that her clients place in her above all else.

Along with being a competent immigration adviser, she is a devoted wife and mother, and enjoys exploring New Zealand’s scenic beauty in her spare time.

Being from the vibrant and colourful state of Punjab in India, Hamneet is passionate about the arts, and enjoys singing and dancing in her spare time.

Mehak has been a licensed adviser since March 2015, after completing her Graduate Certificate in Immigration Advice in 2014. Before coming to Aims Global, Mehak has practiced independently and has been fortunate enough to work with many new migrants.

She is the daughter of migrant parents and has called Auckland home for 20 years.

Outside of work, Mehak is an avid reader, enjoys running and practicing yoga.
